Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within three working days. If your payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card online. For payments made via Money Transfer/EFT, the refund will be transferred to your provided IBAN number. Please be aware that the timeframe for the refund to be deposited into your bank account or credit card may vary depending on the processing time of banks. In the event that the product delivered does not match the one specified on your invoice, kindly notify us within ten working days of the delivery. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a clear photo of the incorrect product along with your invoice.
Once we receive your application, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect product at no additional shipping cost to you.
Upon receipt of the returned product by Alyaf Al Tawasul, we will carefully inspect it for any damage. If no deterioration is detected in the product or packaging, we will send you the correct product within 20 working days (4 weeks) to your designated address.
